At The Courtyard, front of house is not just about taking orders and keeping service moving. It’s about creating an atmosphere people want to come back to. We want someone who can help set the tone of the room, make guests feel genuinely welcome, and support a smooth, confident service from the moment the doors open.
This is a hands-on role in a busy bar and bistro for someone who is naturally warm, organised and calm under pressure. You’ll work closely with the Front of House Manager and be trusted to help lead the floor, support the team and keep standards high throughout service.

We’re looking for someone who helps hold everything together!
At The Courtyard, the kitchen is more than a place where food is prepared. It sets the pace, the standards and the rhythm of service. We’re looking for a Kitchen Team Member who takes pride in being reliable, organised and consistent, and who can help keep service running smoothly even when things get busy.
This is a hands-on role for someone who works well under pressure, notices the details, and understands the importance of preparation, teamwork and high standards. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and wider team to help deliver quality dishes and a kitchen that is calm, clean and well organised.
